`tags' and `commit --continuation' now generate a new header in log
messages, `Continuation-of:'.

`merge-points' uses that header to give accurate results.

If you carefully study timestamps on various log entries, you can see
how I sleazed this into place retroactively in my archives.

In `revisions', a fix I can't fully explain but tried on a hunch -- it
shouldn't make any difference, but eliminates a weird expansion.
Apparently a work-around for a bug in bash.

`star-merge' -- incremental bug fixes towards the first successful
(non-trivial) run.
